I make it a point to keep on top of what’s going on in forex, and a
few days ago a couple videos really grabbed my attention.
And frankly that’s not easy to do these days, because I’ve seen it
all – the good, the bad, and the ugly.
But this guy, Nick Lombardi, had a perspective on the forex market
that even I had never seen before.
And that’s because he’s not just another day-trader/programmer who
learned about trading on forums. In fact, before he got laid off in
the recession, Lombardi was a hotshot FX trader at one of the
biggest merchant banks on Wall Street – you know, the guys who
basically invented the forex market…
And he had some pretty damning stuff to say about the state of the
forex market in 2010, particularly about how independent traders
almost always get left out in the cold in the “only 1% win” forex
market, while insiders live it up in the “other” forex market… the
one where traders make 7-figure checks by sucking 9 and 10-figure
paydays out of the ether for banks with the stroke of a few keys
and the click of a mouse:
But fortunately, Lombardi’s not one of those guys who just shows up
to rain on everybody else’s parade, show off his flashy cars, and
drive off. In fact, he’s making it a personal mission to rip the
forex market out of the hands of the insiders he used to work for…
and deliver the same cutting-edge trading strategies to a few forex
traders smart enough to grab this before it’s gone.
And it will probably be gone sooner rather than later, because as
Nick explains he’s taking a lot of heat from his former employers
for sharing this information with the public. At the end of the
day, he’s just one guy – he doesn’t have “protection” anymore. So
