After 19 years of service, the Police Athletic League is adjusting to lean economic times. Patriots in the Park will at Cooper City Park COOPER — Sponsors of the “Patriots in the Park” celebration to honor veterans at Cooper’s City Park Saturday are predicting a turnout of thousands.
